Agreement to these terms

These terms form an agreement between you and NatuAi AI Art Studio (“NatuAi”, “we”, “us”) when you access natuai.online, create an account, generate artwork, or purchase a plan. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter a binding agreement.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep access to your sign-in email secure.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must not sell, share, or automate access in a way that bypasses NatuAi limits.
• Tell us through Support if you suspect unauthorized access. We may temporarily restrict an account to protect users, credits, payments, or the service.

The AI art service

NatuAi turns prompts and selected settings into AI-generated images. AI results are probabilistic: they may be unexpected, imperfect, similar to existing visual ideas, or unsuitable for a specific purpose. We do not guarantee a particular result, generation time, resolution availability for every style, or uninterrupted access.

Styles, models, quality options, generation limits, and technical providers may change as the studio improves. Material changes will be communicated when practical.

Your prompts, images, and outputs

You keep any rights you already hold in prompts or material you submit. As between you and NatuAi, we do not claim ownership of the images generated for you. You may use outputs personally or commercially, subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and these terms.

You are responsible for confirming that your prompt, uploaded material, and intended use do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights. Because AI outputs may not be unique, NatuAi cannot promise exclusive rights or that another user will never receive a similar image.

Visibility: creations generated as Public may appear in Explore and on your public creator profile together with your chosen username, the prompt you entered, the selected style, resolution, aspect ratio, and user-entered generation parameters. Your email address and Google profile details are not shown with public creations. Premium users can select Private before generation; Private creations, their prompts, and their settings are excluded from Explore and public creator profiles. Changing a later setting does not automatically change an image’s original visibility status.

Acceptable use

Do not use NatuAi to create, request, upload, distribute, or facilitate:

• illegal content, fraud, malware, abuse, harassment, or credible threats;
• sexual content involving minors, exploitation, or non-consensual intimate imagery;
• deceptive impersonation, privacy violations, or misuse of another person’s identity;
• content that infringes intellectual-property or other legal rights;
• attempts to bypass credit charges, rate limits, safety controls, authentication, or plan restrictions; or
• scraping, reselling access, reverse engineering, or disruption of the service.

We may block a prompt, remove public content, suspend access, reverse improperly obtained credits, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules or protect the service.

Credits and generations

Credits are a limited, non-transferable right to use NatuAi generation features. They have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred between accounts.

• An HD generation normally costs 1 credit and produces four images.
• A 4K generation normally costs 4 credits and produces two enhanced images.
• The current cost is shown before generation. A style may support HD, 4K, or both.
• Credits are deducted when a generation is accepted. If NatuAi records that a generation failed, the charged credits are automatically returned.
• Purchased and subscription credits can roll over in the account. Promotional, gifted, or manually added credits may have an expiry disclosed when issued.

We may correct a balance affected by duplicate grants, refunds, chargebacks, abuse, or a clear technical error, with a corresponding ledger record.

Plans, subscriptions, and payments

Plan prices, included monthly credits, and available features are displayed before checkout. Card and supported online payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and may calculate taxes based on your location.

Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. A successful renewal adds the plan’s monthly credits. You are responsible for cancelling before your next renewal date if you do not want another charge. You can cancel from Profile or the Lemon Squeezy billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and monthly credit refills after the paid period ends. Access normally remains available through the end of the current billing period.

Manual crypto payments are activated only after on-chain verification by NatuAi. You are responsible for using the exact displayed coin, network, wallet address, and amount. Blockchain transfers sent to a wrong address or network may be irreversible.

Lemon Squeezy’s separate Buyer Terms also apply to transactions it processes.

All sales are final; cancel to stop renewal

To the maximum extent permitted by law, every NatuAi purchase and subscription payment is final and non-refundable. NatuAi does not provide refunds, partial refunds, cash credits, or account credit for an unused billing period, unused generation credits, accidental purchases, failure to cancel before renewal, dissatisfaction with AI outputs, account inactivity, or a change of mind.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal charges. It does not reverse the current charge or create a refund for time remaining in the current billing period. You should cancel from Profile or the Lemon Squeezy billing portal before the next renewal date.

Crypto and other manual payments are also final. Blockchain transfers are irreversible, and NatuAi is not responsible for funds sent using a wrong address, coin, network, or amount.

Only NatuAi or the payment provider may choose to issue an exceptional refund in its sole discretion, and neither is obligated to do so. A refund will be provided where it is strictly required by applicable law. If any refund, reversal, or chargeback occurs, NatuAi may immediately remove the corresponding credits, plan access, generated benefits, or account access.

NatuAi controls the studio and its decisions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NatuAi has sole discretion over the operation, design, interpretation, and enforcement of the service and these terms. NatuAi may decide, change, limit, replace, suspend, or discontinue any part of the studio, temporarily or permanently.

This authority includes decisions about:

• available AI models, styles, resolutions, quality, generation speed, concurrency, and output quantity;
• credit prices, plan features, future pricing, bonuses, gifts, eligibility, expiry, and promotional access;
• prompt safety, content moderation, public or private visibility, Explore eligibility, and downloads;
• account verification, rate limits, abuse prevention, subscription access, support, and payment verification; and
• whether to reject a request, remove content, restrict a feature, suspend an account, or terminate access.

NatuAi may act without advance notice when reasonably necessary for security, suspected abuse, legal compliance, provider requirements, technical stability, or protection of users and the business. All NatuAi decisions are final unless applicable law requires otherwise. No purchase creates a permanent entitlement to a particular model, style, feature, price, or service configuration.

Availability, warranties, and responsibility

NatuAi is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NatuAi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to NatuAi during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.

We may update these terms as the service or law changes. The effective date above will be updated, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Privacy notice

Information we process

We process account details such as email, name, avatar, sign-in provider, and membership date; prompts, settings, generated images, visibility choices, credits, and generation records; support details such as country, Instagram username, and messages; payment and subscription metadata; and technical security data such as session, device, IP, rate-limit, and error information.

Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, provide and improve generations, maintain balances and subscriptions, display your library, operate public Explore and creator profiles where applicable, deliver support, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal duties, and protect NatuAi. Your selected username, public images, user-entered prompts, and public generation settings may be displayed and searched publicly.

Service providers and retention

Necessary information may be handled by hosting, database, authentication, AI-generation, security, and payment providers. Lemon Squeezy receives payment information as merchant of record; NatuAi does not need to store your full card number. We do not sell personal information.

We retain records for as long as needed to operate your account, provide purchased services, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet financial or legal obligations. Public images may remain in cached views for a limited period after removal.

Your choices

You can choose Public or eligible Private generation, manage subscription billing, and request help with account data through Support. Some billing, anti-fraud, or transaction records may need to be retained even after an account request.
